Quality Control
One of the most important functions in maintaining a successful practice is quality control and quality assurance. Quality control (QC) is a procedure or set of procedures intended to ensure that a manufactured product or performed service adheres to a defined set of quality criteria or meets the requirements of the client or customer. With day to day patient needs it can be hard to focus on providing quality care while at the same time putting controls in place to measure it, assure it, and make changes off of it. CareTact offers an intricate quality control and quality assurance program. This allows us as partners to not only focus on providing quality of care, but to assure it, as well as track it. Some of the services included in the program are, but not limited to:
Quality Analytics
Tracking outcomes
Ancillary Service Analytics
What types of services are we offering? Who have we partnered with? And is it effective?
Referral Analysis
Where are we sending our patients? Why? What are the outcomes?
Clinical Trend Analysis
What types of trends are we seeing based off of the data we collect?
Action Plans
Once data is collected what type of plans or changes in care are made if any?
By looking at these types of quality check points we are able to compile data that will allow us to dig deeper into our care and provide the best quality possible.
